| Alright ya I haven't been updating this thing for awhile. Let's see wat's been going on since ya nosy people wanna know.... . Anyways I can't remmeber everythin from the past but so far doing some radio training, web pages and music and all that stuff. Tryin to get some classes at alameda college so I could free up my schedule next year. And AP tests, only got one. Um.........waiting till I could take my license test. And just seein how everyone's doing ya know. Ohh yea Ravell man that song was crazy, look out for VELOCITY ya. AHhaha he's breaking out the cage and performing at KMEL's summer Jam. | I haven't update this stuff for hecka long. I heard some of my friends talkin about "my space" but don't really know what that is. ANyways today was valentines day 2-14 many of ya know. Seen a few commericals on t.v ads and stuff that describes the perfect gift for a friend, espeically a girl...... I did not really know this. Girls love chocolate? Man I dunno if that's a good idea to give to a girl or wat. Giving them chocolate is like askin them to gain weight? I dunno, maybe u could buy one of those "light weight fat free, calorie extracted, no carb chocolate or something? Anyways, be safe. Latez. | | |
| So Kent comment was he wanted to "take it to the next step", well Kent I dunno how much u weigh or how heathy u look, but from what i heard from u, u said u run the lake and eat heathy? Well i imagine ur heart is pounding with good rythem then. But like I said anyone could take to higher, and for you since u run and everything, I guess you could try lifting weight, going to the gym u know when u have free time instead of lifting potato chip bags u could lift things in ur house u know. Sometimes u don't have to go to the gym to work out. Lift an office chair in ur house ( u know one of those spinning ones, everyone has one). Lift it about 50 times a night while watchin t.v or something. Do sit-up, push-ups, lift boxes, lift the new gallon of milk u bought at albertson. U could have your own gym at home without leaving the house . And u don't have spend money on any weights. But i mean the gym is pretty good cause they got all the accessories you need u know, so it's up to u if u wanna spend money. And just keep eating what you're eating if it's helping u. And for Katasha wat r u talking about??? YES CONFIDENCE IS THE KEY, wat's wrong with that??? goes for u too Anna. And Nu u'll never beat me in basketball. hahahah, keep rolling with that diet plan.
